How Delivery Works

Every machine ships on our own lowboys or flatbeds — no third-party haulers who’ve never touched the equipment.

Common Questions

Delivery, answered

Can I pick the machine up myself?

Yes — let your sales rep know and we’ll waive the delivery line entirely. Most buyers within a few hours still prefer we haul it, since our drivers know how to load and strap heavy equipment correctly.

What happens if something's damaged in transit?

The on-site walkthrough exists for exactly this. Any discrepancy from the pre-load photos gets documented on the spot and handled directly — no separate claims process to chase down.

Do you deliver outside the Midwest?

Regularly. Longer hauls just take more lead time to fit our schedule — your rep will give you a firm window once the deal’s signed.

Questions before you buy?

Read how our warranty and inspection guarantee work.

We supply and service fleets, not just single machines, which means our inspection standard has to hold up across dozens of units, not one showroom piece. Every machine we place comes with a maintenance history a fleet manager can actually rely on.
